The Technical Services and Support organization provides professional installation on every RedSky product and service. We are right there with you and our business partners to get you installed and trained on your new software or service. We offer a one year warranty on our software products and support is only a phone call or email away... even 24/7 in an emergency.
You will be provided a detailed Statement of Work that describes what RedSky technicians and project managers will do during installation and training. You will have an accurate timeline of the project and key milestones and deliverables so you can measure your project. The Statement of Work accommodates any Change Orders or custom work that needs to be done.
