Architecture

E911 Manager™ is a .NET application that runs on an application server in a modern enterprise data network.

E911 Manager™ is typically installed on a customer provided server (Pentium 4) running the Window 2003 Server OS. E911 Manager™ can be installed on servers running VMWare.

The diagram below shows the architecture. E911 Manger uses the Microsoft AD/AM (LDAP) database that is included with Windows 2003 Server OS. There are no additional database licensing fees. Moving counter-clockwise, the diagram describes the interfaces to PBX/Call servers, network discovery capability, CSV import capability, the Scheduling and notification engine, interfaces with external databases, and web administration.
