RedSky Makes E911 Easy

RedSky Makes E911 Easy

At RedSky, we believe...

E911 is vital to the modern workspace, and come September federal legislation will begin enforcing this belief.  So, when your company is faced with E911 no longer being an if, but a when, we’re here to guide you through the process.

What is E911?

When a person dials 9-1-1, dispatchers need to know where the emergency is taking place.  However, exact location isn’t always easy to communicate.  E911, or enhanced 9-1-1, automatically provides dispatchers with the location information of the caller.  Automated location data is clearly beneficial during times when the caller cannot speak, or simply does not know where they are located.  What many don’t know is that E911 also solves the problem of misrouted 9-1-1 calls by directing emergency calls to the nearest public safety answering point (PSAP).  Additionally, E911 can provide an immediate notification of any 9-1-1 call placed within the enterprise to on-site security teams.

Easy integration...

We work to make implementation of our E911 technology as simple as possible.  Our technology integrates with both on-premise and cloud-based call servers, including but not limited to Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, and Unify.

Easy installation…

With all our offerings, we always include installation, as well as 24/7 support, making implementation a breeze.

Easy to manage...

We realize that businesses already have so much to manage, and E911 might feel like another task on that endless list.  That’s why we’ve developed our technology to do the management for you by automatically tracking emergency location data of all phones within your enterprise.  This also frees up time and cost of previous administrative upkeep.

Easy to understand…

Our mission is simple.  We Find, Route, and Notify in the case of any 9-1-1 call coming out of your network.  Regardless of where that call comes from, even remotely, we will find the call, route the call to the nearest PSAP, and notify on-site security personnel.
