Easy management of phone locations. The E911 Anywhere® Web portal gives 24/7 access to the system and allows administrators to easily move, add and change the locations of their phones.
MyE911® is client software that protects mobile softphone users. MyE911® is loaded on the laptop with the softphone. Every time the softphone is booted up or the IP address changes, the MyE911® client preempts the users and requires the user to identify their location to the enterprise. The screen shot below shows how a user can quickly select a location from a favorites list (Home, Office, Favorite Hotel, etc.) or they can enter a new location.
Emergency On-Site Notification (EON) is a software module on E911 Manager®. EON can save 2-3 minutes in response time to a 9-1-1 call. EON monitors all PBXs and call servers for an outbound 911 call. When EON sees a call, it retrieves the location record for the caller and sends a notification and the location of the caller to security desks, and sends emails and SMS messages to administrators and corporate security. EON is very selective. Only security guards in the building where a 911 call is made will get the screen pop alert while corporate security is notified of all 911 calls made from any location in the country.
