RedSky Technologies Releases version 6.4 of E911 Manager® and E911 Anywhere®
Includes new, industry-leading, features and functionality for E911
CHICAGO -- RedSky Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of automated E9-1-1 solutions, today announced Version 6.4 of E911 Manager® and E911 Anywhere®, the leading enterprise software and cloud solutions for E911. E911 Manager® v6.4 now provides E911 support for Microsoft Lync softphones and hard phones by tracking the port and switch with Layer 2 and Layer 3 network discovery. This new version also supports mobile softphone users as they roam inside and outside of the main campus or enterprise. E911 Manager® v6.4 also features Active/Active server redundancy which includes load balancing and scalability for the largest of enterprises which are adopting a datacenter approach to their enterprise voice applications.
E911 Anywhere® and E911 Manager® Version 6.4 have added two features that make them especially attractive to large enterprise network operations. The new Roles-Based Access Controls allows for customized user rights based on desired access for the menus within the application. The new Subtenant feature provides customers the ability to break apart the enterprise into separate operating entities, each with their own administrators. Large enterprises with multiple locations can be managed dynamically and with ease. Version 6.4 unveils a state of the art navigational menu that makes setup, configuration, and administrative tasks simple.
