Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how RedSky Technologies, Inc. ("Red Sky," "We" or "Our") handles information that your company, enterprise or agency ("You" or "Your") places into the Red Sky Enhanced 9-1-1 Service(s) ("E911 Service(s)"). We provide this Privacy Policy to help You make an informed decision about how You use Our E911 Service(s). Please read this entire Privacy Policy before using Our E911 Service(s). This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party service providers. By using Red Sky E911 Service(s) You agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of Your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If You do not agree, do not use the E911 Service(s).

ABOUT OUR E911 SERVICE(S):

Red Sky E911 Service(s) is a cloud service that supplies emergency service providers with a caller's location information, based on a location record connected to a phone number, when the caller dials 9-1-1 in the United States.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW IT IS USED AND SHARED:

To establish an account in the E911 Service(s) Your administrator will enter an email address, and create a unique log-in identifier and a password ("login credentials"). You have the ability to establish sub-administrators within Your account each with their own unique log-in credentials. Red Sky does not share login credentials with anyone outside of Red Sky. Using the login credentials, You and Your administrators will place location data and Emergency Location Information Numbers ("ELINs") into your account. You may update the information in the E911 Service by accessing Your account with Your login credentials. The location data and ELINs that You enter into Your account are shared with third party service providers to route Your 9-1-1 calls nationwide. When You contact Your local emergency responder by dialing 9-1-1 the E911 Service(s) may collect information pertaining to the incident including audio, geo-location and other data. Except as set forth below, Red Sky does not share this audio, geo-location and other data collected in connection with an incident with anyone outside of Red Sky. We may disclose the information we collect from You to attorneys or law enforcement; in response to a subpoena or court order; or in connection with a corporate transaction like the sale or merger of Our company. The E911 Service(s) does not track Your activities to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

USAGE STATISTICS, AGGREGATED INFORMATION and DE-IDENTIFIED INFORMATION:

Red Sky may de-identify and aggregate Your location data, ELINs, usage statistics and geo-location information, with information from other users of the E911 Service(s) for the purpose of internal Red Sky business analytics.

CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE:

Red Sky reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without notice to You other than by posting the updated Privacy Policy. Your continued use of E911 Service(s) following the posting of any amendment, modification or change to this Privacy Policy shall constitute Your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
